Dr ken is truly one of the most considerate, patient and intelligent GPs I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you ever find yourself in an appointment with him consider yourself lucky he is a brilliant doctor.
Good service, Dr was on time, attentive and provided what I needed. Glad I booked a double appointment, needed for 2 scripts needing authorisation and online disabled parking permit, which took 4 go's before success. Appreciate bulk billing as I have to get a new script every month, no repeats.
Contacted this clinic on a Saturday to try and get an appointment for my little boy who has been unwell for several days. Clinic refuses to provide care if you are not a patient which is their ‘practice policy’. It’s no wonder wait times at Emergency are blown out when GP’s refuse to give you an appointment - where else do you go?
As a long term patient I always have a productive and positive experience from greeting, GP consult to pre booking next appointment/payment etc.
Saw doctor on time. He was very thorough. Reception was great.
This clinic is excellent. Highly organised. Friendly and efficient reception staff and nurses. Our Dr Vivienne Ramsbottom is a first class medical professional. Her experience and knowledge has been a literal lifesaver for us. Dr Ramsbottom’s compassion helped us through the most tragic and difficult anguish of our lives and both my husband and myself honestly believe we would not be here today if not for her. We trust her completely. The clinic operated throughout 2021 and 2022 with maximum COVID protection and we felt comfortable at all times. We have at other times had consultations with other Drs in the Practice and they are all first class. We cannot imagine going elsewhere.

I rang to inform that I would be a few minutes late for my long consultation, and felt that the receptionist was a bit terse, informing me that it would now be a short consultation because I would not be there in time. Her tone was not compassionate, but harsh. While it is not right that patients are late for their appointment, I did ring as a courtesy, and did not expect the tone in the response. I did report to the reception desk three minutes after the appointment time. Generally patients are patient in waiting for a Doctor who is giving good care to a patient and who unfortunately goes over the allotted time. Reception staff or one in particular may need to understand that there are people who through no fault of their own may arrive a couple minutes late, and do not appreciate being reprimanded.
Dr Viney was great with Damien and answered our questions succinctly and we'll. Many thanks.
