though I appreciated James for his time, for no money in return, talking to me over the phone, it was completely a waste of time. I was quite straightforward in presenting him with my situation and the help I needed at first instance. He asked me a lot of questions, but only in the end, he said he could not help. It was very easy for even an average person to judge whether or not s/he can help with my case once they would have heard of my request. But he asked me a lot of things having tricked me in the beginning that he could be able to help (if I would answer his queries), but did not even appear even if he knew what has been happening around in reality, so my verdict is that he just tried to listen to my situation and to find info for his benefits/profession. It was not one of the pleasant moments talking with him as he was making judgments and attitude while talking to me, and did not even bother to call my name correctly, and so on.

my wife and i have just recently received the good news that her permanent residence visa has been granted. Immigration consultant James Tan handled the application and the professional way he did it allowed us to relax knowing everything was taken care of. James was very helpful throughout the application for my partner's visa application. He told us exactly what we needed to do, helped us with all the paperwork and could answer any question we asked him. We are very happy with his services and will be happy to use him again for my partner's permanent visa application.

I picked James Tan to handle my wife's visa application because i only wanted a professional who is thorough, competent, responsible and successful and he has risen to the occasion time and time again. Very fast turn around for my wife's visa, Department of Immigration's website predicted 20-25 months for visa 820 to be processed, we only had to wait 6 months. The same is true for my wife's visa 300, only took 6 months of waiting.
