Have dealt with Craig, Nadee and Carla from Sargeants Hawthorn three times now and every time i have been 100% satisfied in their service, advice and knowledge. I can ask silly questions and i get understandable responses back in a timely manner. Further, i completely trust them and their ability to achieve my desired outcome (most recently purchasing a house). Will always come back to them.

Engaged Sargeants Hawthorn to manage settlement of an investment property. The settlement was a little more complicated than the regular process. However, Sargeants Hawthorn managed the entire process professionally and kept me informed. Great communication, smooth transaction. Will use again.

We have had 3 transactions with Sargeants. The first went really well so we came back a second time. 

This time we were hand balled to an assistant and there were a few headaches with follow up and inconsistent advice and I was heavily pregnant at the time so the stress was quite upsetting. 

We gave benefit of the doubt and came back a third time but unfortunately it will be our last. The subject to finance clause expiry was missed and the end result was us having to come up with $20k to cover the shortfall on the loan approval amount because we couldn't just cancel it when finance wasn't approved.

We did follow this up but were told more or less that it was our fault and not even an apology was offered. 1/3 experiences up to standard isn't really good enough to bring us back a 4th time.
