First time having a coffee here. Was really nice. I ordered the flat white with no sugar. I drank it and it was a nice coffee, however it was very sweet. I'm unsure if it's the milk used or if sugar was added. Still enjoyed my time there.
Rudest customer service at 3.25pm on a Sat. Asked for a coffee in a takeaway mug and I'll sit down to be told can't sit down, the area is closed. Asked what time they shut to be told 4pm... I said that's in over 30 minutes time. The person serving me just walked off... end of story. Jamaica Blue are a waste of space.Service: 1/5
Coffee is very average. Tastes like milk with a very slight coffee taste. I used to buy coffees from JB years ago and it was definitely heaps better.
Ordered food from Here and only received the drinks. Spent 40+ dollars on food and got a 14$ refund. Won’t be ordering from this franchise again, suggest you too avoid the headache

Absolutely love their coffee! The staff is nice and friendly. I also appreciate that they open at 10 on Sundays when the coffee is much needed and you can't wait until 11, thank you guys!
Great coffee, friendly staff and they have the best carrot cake in town. This is our favourite coffee place. Wish this place was located outside the mall so that our doggo could visit too.
Friendly and quick service which is great given how busy they are. Nice inviting display of food and cakes. However coffee was average, served too hot, and banana bread wasn't the same standard as it has been past visits - didn't actually taste like banana bread. The muffin had a strong butter taste.
Really good consistent coffee , great friendly staff who are there all the time Cakes and sandwiches made with TLC Owner could smile once in a while and not be so tight with the complementary cookie to go with a cuppa ;-
