Everything was very small and a little bland. The lasagna was small and tasteless, they clearly didn't know that was supposed to be cheese in it, we also asked for no salad but they didn't read the ticket,. The cucumbers weren't sliced but were huge chunks and the tomatoes were soggy. The sliders were tasty, but average, they were small and they clearly were rationing their chips because there wasn't many them. The kids waffles needed some sugar because it was very dry. We ordered a fluffy koala and they didn't give us the caramello koala that comes with it, we had to go ask for it, they told us it was in the center but it wasn't. The service was alright and the food came out quickly and they took our plates away when we finished. I just wish they had taken a little longer and made the food well. There was some construction going on and the floors were dirty. We won't be going back and I would not recommend going there. Vegetarian options: The have vegetarian lasagna Kid-friendliness: They had colouring pictures for the kids and game, but the games were a little distoryed Wheelchair accessibility: There were no stairs
I ordered the Reuben sandwich and it arrived with the bread so burnt around the edges that it tasted like charcoal and was hard as rocks. The owner didn't want to remake it or even replace the bread because she claims "it's still edible". If your quality standards for food are just "edible" then you really need to re-evaluate your career choice. Completely and utterly ridiculous to lose regular customers over a piece of bread AND to not even have the guts to come out of the kitchen and tell us herself.
Food OK, Coffee good, service acceptable. But what is it with the loud music. With friends, trying to have a conversation was next to impossible. I see a number of other patrons commented about having to ask for the music to be turned down. Really embarrassing in company; so unnecessary. Had to step outside for a phone call. Really spoilt the afternoon. Not many patrons either so no need for the volume. And the music wasn't even any good. How about some easy listening toned right down. This has been going on for a while reading past reviews. The manager needs a rocket over this. You are driving people away for heaven's sake.
Too many tables were still dirty from the previous diners. Our party of 7 had three mistakes in their orders that I know about. We had ordered lunch for a quick take way but that never happened for too these mistakes.
Terrible experience. Took my two kids out after a busy couple of months. Order took over 30 minutes, wasn't that busy. Four staff members standing behind the counter, took them ages to even acknowledge us. Then, when the food came out, bacon was burnt and eggs were fried hard. Asked for over easy on order so asked them to recook them....big mistake! After another 15 minute wait, which meant my son had to eat alone anyway, the eggs weren't cooked properly at all so the whites were still translucent....asked to show them to the manager as they were unsafe to be eaten. Had them taken off my bill, took my son to maccas. Not ok!!!
Same as always atleast a 30 minute wait for food, I really don't like going here because they're always understaffed so you have to wait age's to be served because the same person is making the drinks among other things. Oh and always get your receipt because it wouldn't be the first time my order has been wrong aswell. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Regards Nathan
Great neutral place to meet for discussions over a beverage, but quite noisy not sure what you can do about that. Dome provides consistency though and a comfy spot to eat and drink.Food: 3/5
Here for lunch today. Witnessed a whole bunch of paper cups at water dispenser fall all over the floor due to overstocking. Staff member promptly collected them off the dirty floor and placed them back in the dispenser. Health rules people! What health criteria do you use in your kitchen!
My family and I stood at the counter, whilst the workers walked around ignoring us. One lady went straight outside and started clearing the whole 2 tables. Yes, that was sarcasm. Whilst the other, who was behind the counter, flat out ignored us. DEFINITELY won't be returning.Service: 1/5
Burnt sandwich, when we asked for another the answer was "sorry, it's edible I ca offer u a coffee" "can we have bread that isn't burnt" and we get 2 slices of soggy bread....."can I have the coffee now?" "Sorry we gave you the bread" I felt really sorry for the kids that have to work here....the manager was I a call for a "massive booking " this place found something harder than diamonds, the call it sordough bread!!!!
