Ive been coming here regularly for the last month. They have a great breakfast menu, pleasant staff and a great rewards card system where you get coffee and cake on your birthday and a coffee credit added to your account for every $25 spent. I honestly can't see why it's only got 2.5 stars.

If you visit casuarina mall, this a great national chain coffee shop. The standard is good across the country I tried it in Queensland as well. The egg frittata is yummy and the medium size coffee filling and creamy. Good view of the ground floor of the mall, good to relax. Staff is excellent and friendly. Don't forget your point card.
Not very friendly staff today. No lunch specials , no Pepsi Max. No sorry. The scotch fillet steak was almost cardboard thin and probably hammered to death before it hit our table. It was very dry and tasteless. After lunch I stood at counter intending to ask if it was indeed scotch fillet. At least five minutes. One staff member chatting to someone on other side of counter and I was ignored by the other two. Not going back ....
I love coffee and the coffee here is good. But the service can improve more by putting staff the atleast pretend that they like their job. Take away is always a better choice.
Best coffee in Darwin, no exceptions. We have systematically and repeatedly purchased coffee from at least 10 coffee shops around Darwin and Jamaica Blue provides the best most consistent coffee with an excellent selection of sizes, relative convenience and quality service. The staff are professional and curtious, and the service is fast. The consistency of coffee can vary between batistas any where bit here it does not seem to make a difference. You will not be disappointed.
Best customer service in the world! They re-did my coffee when I forgot I had an eye appointment at 9am. And they also let me recharge my iPhone coz it had died. Best people ever!
Great coffee and the best breakfast out of all the coffee cafe chains. Dishwasher must be broken. Had to send a coffee served in a dirty mug back twice.
Dirty store. Thick dust on shelves around store, crumbs and coffee rings on tables. Food was very ordinary, service was friendly. All and all felt as though attention to detail and presentation was absent and it was just slap happy. Very disappointed, first time at the darwin store and will be the last.
First time and I am impressed. Good coffee and the menu is not too bad. Food is fresh and quick service.
