Being vegetarian haven't tried anything else apart from vegan/veg meal here which pretty good. Not many options for veg/vegans. Nice atmosphere for friend catchup or taking lunch break from work. Friendly staff under new owners now. Now that Point Cook town center is getting busier place could do with a cosmetic revamp. Kid-friendliness: They have kids fun area in a corner!
Have visited Jamaica Blue twice, one of the best coffee place. This time, got a chance to try their Mars Bar Chocolate Cake/Brownie, omg this was top notch stuff. It has become my favorite and must try dessert. This cafe has been added to my favorites, gonna visit again and again.
This place used to be decent before new management but now I wouldn’t recommend it. Given this place the benefit of the doubt a few times, but after today, I wouldn’t recommend or return . The quality of food doesn’t match the price. Pouched eggs were over cooked and like they had been sitting in cold water. Hash browns are better at McDonald’s. Bacon was covered in so much maple syrup to disguise how over cooked it was. Only decent thing was the coffee. Management was too busy talking with local realestate agents to care how the food was actually going out and if it quality for money.

It used to be really good. Now the quality of food doesn’t match the price. The service is slow and no one seems to know what they are doing. Tasteless and bland food. I won’t be returning
The food quality and quantity is normally good here …… however today the scrambled eggs were almost non existent …. barely enough to cover two small slices toast ? Egg shortage ??? Not good enough
The coffee is good but the service is so slow and the girls don't listen to the order correctly. I order 4 fritters for taking away and when I reached home there were only 2 which is frustrating, can't go back to get them again. Also, the chips we ordered were cold not even hot. Poor service. Never come back again.
It's impossible to find a decent sandwich to take away in this entire shopping centre so when I saw a wrap in a display in this place I went for it. Waited 15 mins for a $13 takeaway wrap which could've just been handed to me from the display. They toasted it as well I'm not sure why - there was no cheese in it to melt and there was a lot of salad leafage inside. By the time I got to eat it, the wilted greens inside were cold slime. Honestly, the only thing toasting it did was show how little of everything they put in it. Oh and they added a nominal salad with a very heavy handed amount of vile balsamic dressing on top of the wrap in the takeaway container. Which because of the heat from the the wrap had wilted into a soggy mess. Overall, one of the most depressing lunches I've had in a long time. Anywhere. Please at the very least rethink how you package takeout.
Ordered and waited about an hour for the food to come. The halloumi was burnt on one side and eggs were overcooked. By the time the food came, our coffees were cold. Not a lot of effort for time and money we spent. We definitely wouldn't come again.
Found it a little unfriendly and the food was pretty average. I asked for halloumi as and add-on. It cost $4 and was literally under 2cm, for 2 pieces. Bit underwhelming, especially as I had asked for no bread.Food: 3/5
