Good & quick service. We got the Hot Bird burger, crispy bacon & cheese burger, chips which were all good and the HFC natural bites which weren’t great to be honest, wouldn’t order that again.
Store is clean and good service. First time tried their plant based burger, plant based patty taste very good, very similar to meat. Staff is very nice and friendly. Seating is very comfortable. This restaurant located within shopping centre. accessible by bus. Plenty of parking nearby.
Love the impossible cheeseburger! Only complaint is not open Mondays nights?! Sweet potato chips are great. Always friendly service.
Burgers were good but the service by the girl that served us was absolutely disgusting with no idea about what they even sell and what special is written at the front for the day. If it wasn't for the manager we would have walked out luckily she was very knowledgeable and with great manners.Food: 5/5
My experience here was great, burger was delicious & chips were yummy too. Service was quick enough and staff made sure that we were happy. If you're in need of a greasy fix then Grill'd a great choice chips are a little oily but the taste is great.
Overpriced, and disorganised. Told it would be 10 minutes. They put it in the warmer and didn’t bother to let anyone know. Waited almost 15-20 mins. Regret my visit
Food is great with healthy options, meant to order from table with the web app but couldn't find some menu options that were cleanly available and had options on the web they did not have in stock. When asked for staff assistance I was told to just order up front.Food: 5/5
Food usually good Service sadly depends on who is on duty. This time we didn't receive what we asked for even though we repeated the requests 3 times. Very disappointing to arrive home and find things we had asked to be removed had not been and things we asked to be added hadn't been. Not the cooks fault as the order hadn't been taken correctly at the register. This sadly was not our first disappointing experience. Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian and vegan options Parking: Parking in the street near impossible but lots of underground parks at the various locations within Stockland shopping centre Wheelchair accessibility: The door is super heavy and anyone in a wheelchair would need assistance.
The food was amazing! OMG! Every bite of the burger was juicy and delicious!! I would rate this place with 10 stars!! Highly recommend! I will be coming back!!Food: 5/5
