Jamaica Blue

Ordered 2 latte, the milk froth were full of big coarse bubbles and burning hot, when I politely addressed the issue to the barista she was very rude and said "I will give you refund, that's the best I can do as I can't make the coffee as your standard". I was shocked by their poor coffee quality and staff attitude! Worst experience ever in a local cafe!

We went there just as they opened. Staff set a realistic expectation on when they would be fully ready for ordering menu items and they sat us down. The meal was quite good quality and tasted great. Coffees were good but the coffee itself could have a slightly better flavour

The coffee was great. I had a latte and it was creamy and smooth and it wasn’t bitter. It was a large size and a decent one too ! I couldn’t say the same for the food though. I was disappointed with the size of the dish. For the price, I was expecting a lot more. I got the avocado smash.

Great space within the shopping centre and the food was yummy. A few options were sold out and we waited a long time for one of the meals. Some staff were really helpful but others not good with follow through. The coffee was great.

I ordered smoked salmon with poached egg, steak sandwiches. 2 cups of cappuccinos. The poached egg was overcook, all are 100% well done. The salmon is not yummy. Steak was also overcook, not yummy. The cappuccino was not yummy. End.

The cafe was in a shopping centre which was good to get away from the windy weather. It was nice to sit down and chill with some drinks.

Stored was conveniently located, clean with a few high chairs to be used. Salmon tart was a bit overcooked, but the club sandwich is really big and good value. The accompany salad feels a bit wilted next to the hot food. Staff are nice and polite.

The staff were friendly, helpful and offered syrups and whipped cream with our order. We were also told about the banana bread deal. The order was quick and delivered to our table with a smile.

Great customer service and friendly staff! Ordered a takeaway soy latte and cheesecake. Soy latte was a free reward for downloading the Jamaica Blue app. Cheesecake was delicious. Would definitely visit again!

Bad service. Some staffs should be retrained to be qualified for service. I was planning to dine in with my kids around 3:50pm. I don’t know why staff told me l have to order take away type but still can sit there. Other customers later than me can order in normal way! So ridiculous! I never seen such difference service . Is it called racism?
