Very disappointed as I do love Jamaica Blue. My friend ordered banana bread and had to ask where it was after 20 mins. It had been toasted and left unattended until we asked about it. I cannot believe it was served as is - a new piece should have been toasted and served fresh. I ordered poached eggs on toast and added mushrooms - it was OK, nothing to rave about.
Fantastic tasty well presented food n drinks reasonably priced n good quick friendly service..great for take away or dine inside or dine outside order at counter n you get good table service..recommend for all ages n kids also wheelchair friendly
Very disappointing. Ordered lunch and tried to find a table that didn’t have dirty dishes on it / had been wiped. There were no glasses at the water station. Unfortunately, 15 minutes later I was told that it had been a busy morning and the lunch I had ordered had sold out. I was refunded my money and left. Never again. Would not recommend.
Unfortunately the food was not nice! Chips we ordered were cold and soggy, club chicken sandwich wasn't one! It was in focacia bread, not on normal bread and layered and the chicken was soo dry and horrible. Staff bought wrong food to our table twice, and coffee was stone cold. Wouldn't go back.....Food: 2/5

ordered a mocha with no ice cream and cream but they gave me one with ice cream and cream. but then they compensated with a whole new mocha. Great service
Very Disappointed with whole experience. I can see that many others have had the same experience here and they’re reviews were answered that these issues would be addressed but obviously still haven’t. 1. One hot meal came out 20 minutes after the first hot meal. So first meal was cold by then. As it is polite to wait. This is why all meals should come out simultaneously. 2. Asked for double shot Iced coffee and it was still very milky when it come out. It was brought out without a straw or spoon. I asked the young guy who took the order/made the coffee/brought it out to put another shot in there and he argued with me that he did quite loudly as other patrons were looking. He irritably too back the glass. 3. And asking for poached eggs well done means that I don’t want them runny which they were. All comes down to the person taking the orders and seemingly doing everything. Also, Please don’t carry cups with your fingers around the rim. Please present them on a saucer and use the handle. Told the manager on the way out and all he said was “Thanks for your feedback”. Another nice franchise going down the drain…
I've visited here already twice on the weekend. And both times I received a perfect strong mocha coffee. I believe the Barista is a Filipina? Anyway, she creates perfect coffee. 10 out of 10 - for the coffee and her polite manner. P.S. I had the lemon muffin with whipped cream. Went well with my coffee.
Meal served after half an hour ice cold. Returned it and served warm meal in 4 minutes.
My favourite coffee shop by far. Can’t beat their coffees and snacks
