Food is greaaaat!! We ordered fried chicken tacos and clam linguine. Super delicious! Very generous portion on linguine. I think tacos is a bit too small, but if you add chips, it’s just perfect. Fried chicken is so good! Then we ordered dessert, brownie cake. Worth my calories!
Dinner was so good we came back for breakfast! We got the blue cod & chips and the sea food chowder, very delish! I dipped my cod and chips in to the chowder, I recommend. We shared the beach house butty & smoked salmon and poached eggs because the smoked salmon looks to good for me to not steal some! All very yummy, fresh and good price. We sat outside / on the deck, but the inside is also very cute beach vibes.
Lovely hidden gem. Stopped in here for lunch and the service was amazing. Food came out within 15 minutes. All of the food was absolutely delicious Recommended dishesStewart Island Salmon Smoked, Battered Blue Cod Fish

Amazing food and service at the Beachhouse! The team let us know the food might be a bit of wait as the place was full and they were short staffed. We had time constraints as two in our party had a flight in a few hours and were advised that the food may take about half an hour or more to get out, which was all good with us. The waitress said she would see what she could do to make sure our orders were out as soon as they could, as quite a few tables had been seated just before us. The waitress came back a few times to keep us updated on the wait times which was very kind of her! The food ended up coming out much sooner than expected and while there was a small hiccup with one of the drinks being forgotten, the team dealt with it really well and were genuinely apologetic. The meals were stunning and they really did the blue cod justice! Probably the best blue cod I've ever had, and the best service I've ever experienced. Our table of four were extremely satisfied with our experience and will be recommending the Beachhouse to everyone we know. Well done team and thanks again for topping off our awesome weekend

nice view with clean environment. Loved taco fish. Small portion, but good enough for snack food. Recommend couple with lazy afternoon.
