Nice place with good service, ordered the chicken portfolio and it tasted very good although the chicken was a little dry.  The Neapolitan pasta was quite nice as well

I use to think the Italian Bowl was the best place to get a quality Italian meal in Sydney, then i stumbled across Jags. I wanted an authentic Italian cuisine, and they set the benchmark. Supply and demand my friends.

I'm a regular customer and have to say that the service is the best i've ever had and the food is also the best. 5 star restaurant and would 100% recommend

Really disappointing customer service by the middle-aged  lady waitress . She has to calm down and don't misbehave! If you search the reviews by angry old lady, you'll see how many times it's happened to people. Just needs to pass an academic course for attitude and customer service.
