I was extremely impressed with the quality craftsmanship and the friendly customer service. I had worn these boots for years as they are very comfortable and good quality so was devastated when I came home and realised a heel pad was missing. This business not only replaced it like new, he also replaced the rest of the sole and polished the boots like new. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommend
I am absolutely thrilled with the workmanship and service provided by Jacob Quality Shoe Repair. I dropped off two pairs of worn out, scuffed sandals needing new lining, soles and heels and came back to completely restored shoes. They look brand new. They are my most comfortable favourites and now they have years of wear left in them. Perfect for walking miles on my upcoming holiday overseas. The customer service, courtesy and professional good manners are greatly valued. I can't thank you enough, Jacob. I will be back soon to have other shoes overhauled and revamped. You are a 5 star business!
I went to get my RM Williams repaired The owner went over what he is going to do, how much it costs, and why he is doing it - all in great detail too! The professionalism of the owner is reflected on his work and I am very very happy with the results!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!
Amazing !!!! The work on all of my shoes, boots, bags, belts the list goes on .. brings my favourites back to better than new. My Zensu Black leather boots where 15years old, I had been told by other places that it would not be possible to repair. Stopped into the Nirvana shopping centre and stumbled across a Gentlemen and highly talented amazing cobbler. Leatherwork attention to detail is 2nd to none along with the specialist non slip soles, restitching, polishing knowledge not to mention the stock on hand of every shoelace for every style & length. And finally the turned around timeime I have never had to wait longer than a week, it's next level Much appreciation For the work completed already and the work that I will continue to bring thank you

Got 5 different pairs of boots resoled and polished, ranging from RM Williams to Christian Dior's. All were done incredibly well and with great customer service!
After weeks of back and forth at another key and shoe repair place trying to get my shoes fixed I ended up telling them don’t worry about it. I was recommended to try here instead. He did a great job and fixed them straight away, wish I went here in the first place!
