I ordred thee shoes on Tuesday, delivery says expressed shipped next business day and tracking information would be sent via email. Still waiting 3 days later for an email. No phone number on website to contact them about the order, only an online enquiry form - have sent 2 emails but still nothing. NOT HAPPY JAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A staff member told me that a certain size shoe was the perfect fit. Wore the shoes for 30 mins and the circulation in my feet was being cut off. Tried to return the shoes and was told that because they are worn, they cannot refund or exchange. An absolute joke and will definitely not be purchasing anything again. Betts, you need to review your return policy and perhaps train your staff to help customers in the right fitment for shoes.

I ordered the shoes on Thursday midnight and I had the shoes by Tuesday morning. It was delivered from WA to Victoria. That was very quick. The shoes were gorgeous and the shoes boxes were in excellent condition upon arrival. Very happy!!

Holes in sole of shoes and shop manager and her manager say it's completely normal wear and tear after (not even!!) 4 months!! Says something about their product expectations!

Poor quality shoe purchased and after 1 week and the leather started peeling off. Went into store to exchange and was told I should have put a shoe repellant on them prior to wearing them. The manager then proceeded to say that it's like your skin if you don't moisturise then your skin will crack. Couldn't believe the comment passed. Have tried to email head office on the website but when I hit submit it says page not found. How convenient. I have now posted on Facebook to see if someone will deal with the complaint as it I cannot locate an email address anywhere for the Betts company. Feeling ripped off when purchasing a $130 pair of shoes stay away from airflex, cheap product no warranty Betts would be making a killing of these shoes.
