Pleasantly surprising for a suburban cafe. Quick friendly service and great coffee (fresher cinnamon than most places including Starbucks). Will come back.

Jack's is so great these days with the lovely friendly staff amazing coffee and good food. At least we don't have to look at the sour gob on the previous owner anymore......and yay it has had a facelift and is all fresh now. Lovely place for brekky

A great suburban cafe experience in Hillcrest. Pleasantly rugged and fairly roomy interior with enough space to maneuver a pram or wheelchair around without too much difficulty. Good quality food and coffee - the eggs benny are particularly tasty. Great place to relax for brunch with the family. Reservations probably not necessary as there always seems to be a spare table somewhere.

Nice coffee, though it did take a wee while for it to come out to the table. Good vibe, friendly..!
