Paid $13.50 for a vegetarian breakfast. Awful considering the quality is the same to if i was to make it at home with cheap ingredients. Coffee isn’t great either. Partner ordered an iced coffee that was straight up milk. He also got served a yiros, when ordering an AB, so they brought it back and he discovered all they did was deconstruct the yiros and chuck some chips on top. Will not be coming back again.

Changed hands. Wasn't too bad. Still great for watching the passing parade, especially in cool weather but the new owners have reduced the menu and changed the staff. May improve. Coffee still good.
