I’ve ordered delivery from these guy numerous times and not once have I been disappointed!! My burger of choice is the triple cheeseburger. You would think a burger like this would not travel well and would get soggy by the time it got to you. Or that it might be super greasy because of all the cheese and beef patties. This is not the case with Jack & Will’s! Perfect DELICIOUS burgers that arrive fresh and the perfect temperature to eat and definitely not soggy! 100% give these guys a try, thank you Jack and Will’s for always delivering the goods!
Been twice now and great both times. Food is exactly as described, good old school burgers and servings quite generous. A big eater in our group attempted the Trump burger but came up short Would recommend take away as the eat out area is right next to a drive through coffee, so can be a little smelling as some cars pass through. Parking: Plenty of parking Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free was catered for
Been wanting to try this place for a while. Burgers were ok, adequately priced but chips were the worst I've had from anywhere in a long time. Half cooked, no salt and soggy, unfortunately they are going in the bin. ------- Response to owner: I picked up at the Boondall store, ordering over the phone and picking up ten minutes later so can't blame delivery drivers. I don't think you can really blame covid and floods for not cooking the chips enough and no salt, they were honestly inedible. I appreciate you don't want bad reviews on google, but this review was genuine and it also seems petty to reply to numerous negative reviews about your chips blaming delivery drivers and a national potato shortage instead of owning up and saying you will do better.
Fantastic burgers, delicious chips and great service. Could not fault this burger joint. Possibly the best cheese burger I've ever had, first time I've not taken the pickles off, they were great!
Got a single American cheese burger with chips. The burger was pretty ordinary, the beef patty was lacking seasoning. Chips were soggy. Asked for chicken salt but there was hardly any. Not sure I’ll come back here.
The double cheeseburger and burger with the lot were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the chips were really tasteless and had no salt even though I was asked if I wanted it. Was charged 50c more than the board price also. Threw them away.Food: 5/5
Quality burger. Definitely will come back again. Got the 'beef with the lot' something along those lines. So juicy. So filling. Had cheesecake shake too. Delicious. Definitely a bit pricey but very much worth it. Highly recommended
Been here a couple of times. Burgers are absolutely amazing but the chips are absolutely dreadful, I bet a seagull would only grab one in thinking it was a fish. So wet and droopy. They aren't tuck shop chips unless there's some crunch go with the chip! With the amount of time I've waited for my food on both occasions for food 15min wait, you would easily of been able to make a fresh, crunchy batch of chips.
I have had the Fish, Calamari and Chicken Burger. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of seasoning in the crumbed coating. Other than that ur food is really good. Chicken patty thickness was perfect but again.. some seasoning would really take u guys wayyy ahead. When the fish or chicken absorbs salt, it really makes a BIG difference. Loved your roasted Garlic Aioli. Portion sizing is reasonable.
Very tasty burgers, generous portions of chips and onion rings and very reasonably priced. I had the cheeseburger, the bread was perfectly soft, the patty and fillings were all perfect. Added chips and a can of drink for $5- was a huge portion. We also got a side of onion rings, and we couldn't finish half of them between 2. Really great place.
