Honestly the worst hungry jacks meal I have had. I know it's no fancy restaurant but when you order a "Grill masters" Chicago whopper you don't expect charcoal in a bun with missing pepper sauce. Will not be going back here that's for sure.
Honestly the worst Hungry Jacks I've been to, the first time round the girl taking my order was absolutely rude then my food was cold, my drinks were warm with no ice In it then the chips were missing. Either they get it together or shut it down!! Absolutely the WORST HUNGRY JACKS with bad customer service!!!! Vegetarian options: I dunno
The service was very poor I had asked the lady for 4 burger and she ordered 2. On this same trip we were waiting for half an hour just to wait for one of the burgers.They need to train their workers to pay attention. It wasn’t until we got out of the car and complained they us our food the lady said they had completely forgot about us. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!
Dear owner/manager of this restaurant, The other day I was at your restaurant with my kids, getting some food. The food was great, this is not a review about the quality of food that I received. This review is to whomever it may concern in regards to the appalling manner in which one of your staff was talking to other staff members. As I entered the store with my kids, the first thing we heard was hostile shouting coming from the kitchen directed to a staff member. A number of unacceptable slurs and vile language was heard throughout the whole dining room. My kids have never heard most of the swear words that were being directed at staff members before in their life. Rather than walking straight back out, I awkwardly proceed to place my order with a poor junior staff member on front counter, who looked miserable and scared to be quite frank. Rightfully so! After I placed my order and took a seat, I saw an older blonde lady on the larger side storm through the kitchen, relentlessly bullying the other staff in a non-constructive way. The workplace attitude and behaviour that was displayed by this one employee is absolutely unacceptable and sickening to say the least. This is not how you speak to human beings and definitely not staff that work beneath you. I notice that I'm not the first customer to experience something like this at this restaurant after reading a few of the other reviews. At Bradd Kelly industries, I have a team of over 50 people that work for me and let me tell you, If any of my employees was caught talking to anyone else like that on my watch, I'd do everything in my power to make sure that working at B.K.I would be the last job they'd ever work. I hope that Hungry Jacks head office are aware of this situation as you can't have middle-aged - elderly woman screaming at kids less than half their age and expect some sort of positive outcome in their work ethic or morale. What I witnessed was straight up abuse and needs to be dealt with.
If I could put 0 stars I would have....every time I go here something is messed up and I have to walk in and get it fixed. Today I ordered off uber eats huge mistake I ordered 2 beef burgers but they sent both with chicken on them instead and a note stating they couldn't do beef at this time. Next time maybe cancel the order if you don't have the products to make what was ordered because it most certainly was NOT ok.
Wouldn’t even give 1 star but you have to to post a review, the big manager on tonight who clearly hates working there but just does it for the free meals was so rude and so bad at customer service we mentioned it to her very nice and respectfully and she walked away. The burgers at better at maccas anyways
This is THE most frustrating HJs in the area, so much so that I've abandoned them for other options. I've lost count how many times I've been told at the drive-thru that they're 'just waiting on Hash Browns' [at 9am] and been asked to park out the front and wait - for ages - defeating the entire purpose of a drive through. You only get told this after you've pulled up, ordered and paid of course.. so you're already committed to have your time wasted. If you guys can't organise to have breakfast-food ready, smack bang in the middle of breakfast-times, there's something really basic missing here, and it wastes everyone's time. Hence I sadly just had to stop risking my time on their dodgy drive through. Yesterday was particularly bad as I got given my coffee at the drive through, told to go wait. Of the four [4!] of us who were told to wait, 3 of us eventually got given someone else's order, some of which were opened to determine the error, thus had to be remade inside. The entire experience took over half an hour, it was just absurd. Coffee is totally cold by then. I wanna say this must have been ~10th+ time in ~6 months where I've been told to wait, the 5th time where in the end multiple people all got someone else's order and had to then had to wait even longer to have them remade. I'm over it, and it's a shame cos it's the closest HJs to my place and, location wise, is the perfect place to drive through as I'm shooting through to the highway *If only the Drive-thru functioned reliably and competently as a Drive-thru.
The service I received from Faith today could only be described as appalling. I was rudely told to drive through when I hadn't even finished ordering, received nothing but attitude when I asked to add to my order at the window since I couldn't finish ordering at the speaker and then got home only to see that half of my $50 order was missing! I have never, in my life, been rude to fast food staff so I don't understand the attitude and carelessness I received from Faith today. If you don't want to be there, find another profession.
Order was processed on the 9/1/23 at 6:54 pm Order number 718. After 10 minutes requested time frame of order. Manager advised a back Log. Noticed friends of the manager turned up 15 minutes from time of order 718 was placed. Friends of manager were served and collected their order within 5 mins. Favouritism noted and voiced to manager. Received order 718, 25 mins after placed. Requested fresh milkshake due to the one ordered sitting on the bench for 15 minutes. Request review of management, and the processing of orders place. deeply disappointed with service and delivery of meal after being a devoted customer of Hungry Jacks for over 20 years.
Terrible meal burgers where squashed and not appetizing. Drinks where warm with no ice and when we asked for new ones the staff gave us a filthy look.
