Worst place we've ever lived in. Beautiful to the eye but once your in there is constant harassment from the management for everything from talking too loud in pool, to driving too fast anything over 10ks to parking even had a puppy that my daughter took for a run down to get the mail cause he wasn't on a leash, been told we are on surveillance, there are cameras everywhere doesn't acknowledge a wave ever, looks the other way, no water on the sauna rocks ( how do you get steam? ) feel most unwelcome, especially if you live up in the new area as we have been told it has been developed by Asian investors. A little unfair to us as renters (while we wait for our new homes) and also extremely bias. Overall if you want to live in a complex that is on par to a military camp this is the place for you.
