We were recommended Ivy to replace our outdoor awnings after last year's hail damage.  We found them to be very professional and they completed the job quickly and very tidy. We were so happy with the service we got them to check our parents roof and appreciated the detailed report. Can definitely recommend this company.

Having dealt with Brent and the team at Ivy Contractors for over 12 months now. What a dynamic and professional outfit who:                                   1. know what their doing                                                                                              2. under promise and over deliver.... 
3. are there on time.

Michael Robson attended first and said the leak was just leaves and he had fixed it which was rubbish as it leaked unchanged the following day He was also very blunt and made it very clear that he was doing me a great favour if he turned up and I should be very grateful.  He cancelled the first appt the night before after waiting weeks. he did however have a very good reason that he had more important jobs to do, He also had no idea when he would get back to me. 3 weeks later I was then told he was coming in the morning even though no time or appt had been organised. It was confirmed with the company that he would be calling in the morning. I had to go to a great deal of trouble to reorganise my appts for the following day at short notice in order to be available. Then I received a call from Michael telling me that NO! he was coming in the morning but next Thursday. I explained that I COULD  do MON, TUES, WED, FRI, but not Thursday he said sorry Mate its Thursday or not at all. Basically take or leave it. So if you feel this is great customer service THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU !!!!!!! and make sure you ask for Michael Robson.
