Craft Master did an exceptional job with our roof restoration.

We are not impulsive and to us, a roof restoration was a big deal. 
We did our homework and requested quotes from various roofing companies and/or roofing tradesmen and did drive-bys to check the roof of other homes. 

A year on, our roof still needed a restoration.

We attended the Sydney Home Show Exhibition and came across an exhibitor: Craft Master.  
The representative was very informative and we could see product examples of painted tiles and discuss product options. We booked in for a quote.

Our home is a Torrens title duplex. Fortunately, our neighbours also agreed to have their roof renovated so it was a double project. Craft Master restored and renovated our tiled roof with skill and expertise. The team were punctual, professional, clean and tidy and meticulous. 
There was attention to detail with the 'cutting in' where required and there was no overspray on the house brickwork.  All aspects of the project was communicated to keep us up-to-date each day and we were thrilled on project completion.  The roof was renovated but it gives the entire house a fresh look.  We would definitely recommend Craft Master to anyone considering a roof restoration.

So impressed with CRAFTMASTER. 
I left a phone message for a call back with 4 different roofing companies. CraftMaster were the only ones to call me back. The receptionist was professional and very friendly and booked me in at a time that suited me as opposed to, when someone was in the area (with minimal notice).  Andrew Boots (consultant) came out to our appointment today and was so impressive. He was professional, knowledgable, assessed both inside and out for water damage from my mums 50s terracotta roof and gave us incredibly honest advice. This is an industry where it's hard for the customer to know what is actually wrong and what really needs doing. Then after work has been done and paid for, I doubt most customers would know if they got what they paid for. Totally at the mercy of roofing companies, Andrw today reinstated trust us and I am so grateful to this company and Andrew for how they deal with their customers. In the end I am not actually needing to do any repairs at the moment but if I need any roof workin the future or a new roof, I will be coming back to CRAFTMASTER without hesitation. 
I must add, I had a different roofing company quote $2700 for two types of work (replack g broken tiles (none actually on roof), fixing ridge capping (not actually required as no water getting into ceiling from current ridge capping state) and 2 whirls birds (at $900 in addition to roof repairs that arent needed can't afford and don't need as house gets aired out) to my mums roof that are actually not required when all we wanted was to check on what we thought was a leaking roof. 
With family and friends in the SW and NW areas I will also be highly recommending this company for an honest quote.
