I have been with ITP for many years, in Batemans Bay, and now by phone to Canberra. I have always found them friendly and efficient. As I have aged having confidence in their service has become even more important. My online skills are not so sharp now but encouragement from them has given me reason to 'have a go' and succeed in getting needed documents to them. They take the tension out of the dreaded tax return!
