The organisation accounts team has problems to refund. I have reached out multiple times by website live chat, phone number and emails. Both resolution email and member services email. I have enrolled the ethics subject on 11 June, and cancelled enrolment two days later because financial difficulties. Later on my work place mentioned can do reimbursement once passed. So I re-enroll again and pay another $1335. A month later. I still haven't received one of the $1335 refund. The membership keep saying that they will process this week and the bank takes time to process. But when I asking for the bank transfer receipt they don't have it. I just want to make sure you have transferred to the right bank because you are doing manual bank transfer. As a financial education institution, your accounts team fail. Here this week if I still can't see bank transfer receipt or the money in my bank account. Further action to report in NSW fair trading
