Excellent service. Jamie went out of his way to provide great service and communication. I purchased a Subaru Liberty GT from Jamie last month and the car was delivered as described car bought unseen on-line and delivered to me via car carrying company. Nothing was too much for him. I’d like to tell you that Jamie proprietor is an absolute enigma in the car sales game.you know what it’s like out there. I have never come across anyone as genuine and as on your side when it comes to buying a car from a dealer. Yes, he’s a dealer. That’s how he makes his living. He’s either the most cunning and strategic sales guy in the country by gaining your confidence or he’s just a genuine down to earth guy with some GORGEOUS cars who actually has a conscience and really does care that you have a good experience buying a car from Italiano Prestige Cars. Absolutely fantastic service. Jamie is very passionate about the cars he sells and very particular to make sure that you are buying a reliable vehicle. I found a very small issue with the car I purchased and I got a call back within the hour of sending a message. Within a day a replacement car was arranged and the issue was resolved professionally at no charge. Having the confidence of dealing with such a straight up honest person has ensured that I will be getting my car serviced here and I can see I will be repeating my business when looking to purchase again sometime down the track. We had an exceptional buying experience at Italiano Prestige Cars, where we bought our Audi B8 A4 roughly 3 months ago. Jamie, the dealer principal, handled the entire process from inspection to finalizing the transaction responsibly and respectfully. He made an excellent offer to us price + after sales service. His professionalism is well above par. What impressed us the most is that Jamie has a hand-picked selection of cars in excellent condition, and he provides a no-nonsense record of the car you are interested in, making the buying decision that much easier. We have been driving our car around for 3 months now ~ 1500 km with no problems whatsoever. Based on our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending Italiano Prestige Cars.
