These guys are always under the pump for good reasons. With such good service, I'm not surprised to see them selling cars all the time. VicRoads must've had a Karen assessing the car I purchased because they were making things so difficult. The boys from Automobex did not give up. They did everything they could to get that pass. During this time, they made sure to keep me updated with the progress despite their busy daily schedules. For the best cars and top notch service, I highly recommend the Automobex crew.
Automobex Pty Ltd is the most responsible car dealership for me to buy used cars. The boss IMI is very sincere and generous, and the working team is very dedicated. The car is very cost-effective. My car took a long time to wait because of the rear camera, but they were very honest and let me know the inside story and gave me a lot of comfort. I purchased a vehicle about 4 months ago now and wanted to wait to leave a review, the car a 4WD hiace import has been fantastic! My mechanic gave it a full once over the week after I bought it and confirmed it was a great quality vehicle, Imi was more than happy to negotiate a fair price for this vehicle before I was able to fly down from Sydney to inspect and was very accomodating during the whole process! Plus we have already taken it away on many many adventures and love it more and more each time! Thanks!!
Automobex is quite possibly the only trustworthy car importer in business after seeing what goes on behind closed doors at most joints. From experience they are absolutely transparent and will go above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied, not to mention with amazing after-sales service. Imi and Genki are absolute gentlemen who make you feel welcome the moment you step through those doors. They are friendly and amazing to deal with. Highly, highly recommend coming here if you're looking for an imported vehicle. You won't find better quality anywhere else.
Price was really fair on the evo 8 I bought, imihiri was really helpful during the sale and a nice man to do business with. Showed me photos of every thing about the car , underneath and photos when it was in Japan . I’m really a satisfied customer. Highly recommend automobex.

I would rate this 5/5. As it was super nice and easy dealing with Imi. Me and my partner just love the toyota crown that we just got from automobex. Imi explained every single bit of the car, it’s import procedure and showed the reports from japan plus Aus. I would recommend it to anyone who’s into JDM or local. They are the best in the town.
