Very good garden to go and visit and the water is clean ( look good ) though the fountains should really be on all the time if they can. The stage / theater area off to the side is also a bit overgrown.

We always stop here on our way to Taupo. Beautiful gardens, well looked after. Girls love to walk around and stretch. We especially love the Italian gardens

Stunning in October!
I like the stillness and shelter of the courtyard stunning in October the ornate design is welcoming the water fall gave the garden sound.  The activity of birds is missing but having other visitors in the garden made it friendly and alive.  I stayed longer to take great family photos.
