Unfortunately after going to this dentist for approx. 4-5 years, (myself and my two children) I have decided to look elsewhere. I missed my daughters appointment and was told the lady dentist would prefer she see another person at the clinic (because of this, I was able to confirm). I apologised for not making it (the appointment was made 2months before and the weekend it occurred ended up being jammed in with other events and I completely forgot due to being too busy ). I asked why no one called when we were not there, as I could have jumped in the car and been there in 5 minutes. The reply was, we aren't expected to do your time management. Instead of a simple phone call, everyone, stewed waiting for our arrival, which could have been prevented with a simple call. When I said how easy a phone call could have saved the appointment, she (Sarah the receptionist) then said, you were called 3 times about the appointment. I'm sorry, but that is an outright lie, check my phone records, it is very simple to establish that. I wonder if you are sorry that we have had to wait for appointments up to an hour on two different occasions. I wonder if you are sorry that I have to come back and waste another 2 hours of my time and get the crown that was put in, redone due to it chipping off at one end of the tooth. I wonder how appreciative you were when I came in an hour early to suit your schedule, changing my own to be helpful. No I don't think so, some people are short sighted and full of their own importance.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST UNLESS ALL YOU WANT IS A CLEAN!! The dental hygienists are lovely... But I've only had trouble with any other work done. I have seen 3 different dentists within the business, and each time the job was botched and needed more than 2 extra visits to complete the work successfully. Fillings that have fallen out. Roots canal that was unsuccessful and an extraction that led to infection and dry socket... which is now slowly pushing out shards of bone which I can only assume are from my jaw when they 'cleaned' the site out. I also know personally of at least 3 other people with similar experiences. If I could give them NO STARS I would!

I had three teeth removed by Dr John Morgan, I am petrified of extractions but Dr Morgan was so gentle and explained everything I had them removed with out the need for gas - first time ever! He is so kind and considerate and really listened to my fears and special needs I highly recommend him. His assistant was also very kind and comforted me through out the procedure & the front desk girls are always kind and helpful too.

Went In after chipping my front tooth a little bit. Was really happy they could fit me in so quickly. When I went into the dentist room my experience was nice up until he asked me how often I went to the dentist. Then I got the constant bullying sales pitch. This was followed by being told what the 'treatment plan' would cost me. I had a seriously minor chip and he quoted me $700 to do a full repair. I said "no I just want it sanded down so it doesn't cut my tongue" this seem to annoy him and he tells me that it isn't what other people do and tried to pressure me into paying up heaps extra. Once he finally gave in and did the emergency repair he then tells me it wasn't as bad as he expected and made out like he didn't just try and con me out of $600. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. More extortionist than Dentist.
