Sunshine Coast Paediatric Dentistry is a specialist dental practice that aims to provide comprehensive care to children from when they are newborns through to their teenage and adolescent years. We endeavour to create a positive, caring and safe environment for the child with an emphasis on prevention.

We beleive that encouraging good dental habits in children today achieves a lifetime of healthy teeth.

Dr Nymphia, our Specialist Paediatric Dentist and her experienced, friendly staff aim to work along with you to provide quality specialist dental care for children in the Sunshine Coast area.

We offer gentle approaches to treatment for our patients with both;
* Nitrous Oxide Sedation (on-site); and
* Weekly General Anaesthetic Sessions (The Sunshine Coast Private Hospital, Buderim).

Dr Rodd is amazing. Two hour trip to see him after many not so great previous dentist trips , well worth it! He was patient & gentle and so great with my 3 year old son. Cannot speak more highly of Dr Rodd & the amazing reception staff. Thank you for everything, you have a forever customer.
Dr Rodd has helped my daughter and myself so much! She needed a lot of work done which was such a shock to me and was really stressful and upsetting. Dr Rodd was so reassuring and helpful. He was quick to create an action plan and was so kind and available for all of my questions. He has such a natural, witty and effortless way with children too. I highly recommend him :
My 1 year old chipped his teeth. I was able to make an appointment straight away, and Dr Rodd and his team did an amazing job.
Really kind staff. Dr Morgan is great with kids and did an excellent job with some complex work for our two-year-old daughter.
My son got his treatment done at Sunshine Coast Paediatric Dentist and it was such an easy and comforting experience for him. He still smiles while recounting his experience. Took my 8-year old kid for a check after a fall. Fantastic experience! My son, although very nervous, really enjoyed the whole thing and was not scared at all once he met the doctor and the nurse who both did a very good job in explaining what was going to happen. The check was thorough and we even got a lecture about dental hygiene, how to properly brush kids' teeth, dos and don'ts. Five star experience for us!
Dr Nymphia is wonderful! She cared and supported my son and made his fears disappear. I felt 100% comfortable throughout my son's pre op, the operation and post op. I won't hesitate to refer friends and family with children to Dr Nymphia. Thank you so much Dr Naik.
Do the teeth on chair or go to the hospital and put your child into sleep? The doctor will push you to the hospital because it cost more than $5000 and easier for them. And said"You can leave the bad teeth and do nothing!" What a selfish man!
Wonderful dentist! I highly recommend Dr Nymphia. The whole team were very professional, kind and patient with my 6 and 2 year old children. Friendly advice given for future dental care. Thanks for the goodie bags too, the kids love their new toothbrushes!!
The worst experience! The dentist made me feel guilty for choosing to have my child's tooth out in the chair and when my brave child wiggled a little when she was having her tooth out, the dentist told my child "Sorry ..... but I told your mummy to not have your tooth out in the chair". I was given two options anaesthetic or chair by her and I choose chair as I knew my child.... Make the effort and go to Brisbane to see someone else.
