I stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment w/ my family, just the 3 of us and it was decent. The bathroom is relatively small and there’s only one mirror which is in the bathroom- quite annoying but so be it. The shower is nice, it’s a removable shower head with a lead and there’s a small window in the shower but it doesn’t really affect much. They give you quite a few towels and some soap and product which was useful. The beds were quite comfy and it was nice to fall asleep on them, however on Friday & Saturday nights, there’s a nightclub next to the prancing that plays loud music from late in the evening to 2-3am, so definitely be aware of that. The kitchen is nice, and the couch can be slept on. The view was lovely, we stayed in a high apartment so we had a nice view overlooking the west of Adelaide. The pool is on the 6th floor and includes a hot tub w/ a button for the spa jets and a pool. The pool floor was quite dirty though, of course. The sauna and steam rooms are good. The hotel staff didn’t seem so friendly, however the guests and residents were mostly friendly and often said ‘hello’ whenever you saw each other. Would I book again? Probably.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is bright, clean and tidy. The windows are wide and large, the balcony is spacious. You can enjoy the panoramic view of the city any time you want. The kitchen is useful. It is quiet staying in the room. Suitable for family or for staying solo. Highly recommended. Nearby activities: Close to supermarket and rail station
Great location near China Town and close to the cbd. Rooms have everything you need and great to have the heated indoor swimming pool. If other guests smoke on their balcony not meant yo it comes in which is annoying. Beds and Pillows very comfy. Nice big shower and good water pressure and temp. Reception staff helpful. Easy parking.
Rooms were nice and big as single apartments, was nice to have a couch and full kitchen. Only let down was lack of cooking utensils such as a cutting board or a decent knife. And wind noise under front door was a bit annoying. Bed was extremely comfortable and great shower made it feel like home. Rooms: Clean and spacious Nearby activities: Few good restaurants close. Walkability: Could be better
Night staff are absolutely rude , wouldn’t let my let my other guest upstairs. Cancelled my booking and kicked me out at 2am in the morning. No customer service training whatsoever I should have seen 3.8 stars and run the other way. If you’d like to stay somewhere comfortable, this is definitely a recommendation but staff are terrible. Absolutely terrible. Disgusting and racist service I was also charged for an extra night after telling reception that I’d amended my stay so they don’t listen to customers either
Nice comfortable bed and nice size room but downhill after that Extremely poor kitchen utensils two towels only for five days Washing machine supplied but no detergent Minimal toilet rolls No hot water last two days Staff aware but did nothing Our friend who stayed there also had even worse experiences Had to change rooms initially due to the condition of the first. Will definitely not return or recommend Noteworthy details: Poor room’s condition
The customer service was not good, the lady at reception had a degrading attitude and her directions to where to go didnt help us find where we were staying. There was a large pink stain on the floor in the living room. No extra blanket/s. Had to google what floor the pool and spa was on as there was no information provided. The lobby and all in the elevators and the floor we stayed on reeked of cigarette smoke. Was looking forward to staying here, was quite disappointed.
Really love staying in istay and have never had an issue but I was really upset to discover the shower in room 05 on level eight water pressure hot water not working what so ever. The shower needs to be fixed as soon as possible and should not have anyone eles in there until the problem has been resolved as it’s not worth spending so much money on a hotel when you can’t shower !!
I didn't even stay the night. The room was old, carpet filthy, bathroom really old and it had a bad smell, it was absolutely nothing like the images and description on the website. Worst place I have ever seen, literally stand 15 mins then left.Rooms: 1/5
This hotel is located close to everything you want. I have stayed here on a few occasions. The last time I stayed here 2 weeks back, there was some excavation work going along the road. I had to walk to the end of the road to get an uber.Rooms: 4/5
