From the first bite of the tempura, I know this is a true Japanese Shokudo restaurant. The bento is yummy. The taste reminds me the Japanese home kitchen I used to have in Japan and Hong Kong. I'd definitely come again when I visit Malvern next time.
My barber is in the area and 5 years ago after a cut I was hungry and was looking for some Japanese food. I accidentally came across this place and tried it! It’s been 5 years and after every hair cut I come to this place. The sushi bento box with fried chicken is incredible. The fish is always fresh and you can tell. And the fried chicken is moist I love this place and will continue to come here for years to come
Iroli is my absolute favourite Japanese restaurant, with the loveliest owners. It is very authentic, the food is always fresh, delicious and made on the spot. I can't fault the menu everything is great but do have a personal favourite dish - the Nabeyaki Udon Noodle Soup. The BEST! Thank you, Miki and husband, for always making me feel welcome.
Really tasty Japanese food! Came here for lunch and ordered the bento with kara age chicken. The chicken was nice and not too oily. I was impressed with how hard the staff member worked to wait tables, take orders, run back and forth to the kitchen and meet the needs of customers ordering takeaway. Looking forward to trying some of their other menu items!
Was craving Japanese food this afternoon and picked up the fried chicken Sushi bento.. It certainly did not disappoint!! Everything was incredibly fresh and tasty, the sashimi melted in your mouth. Highly recommend this place, I will be back!!
Such a great little surprise - probably rhe freshest sushi and sashimi I have had for ages!
Polite and quick service in this little Japanese restaurant. Portions were average but prices are reasonable. Loved their chicken karaage and udon broth. Just wished there was a bit more meat in.
Friendly service. Sushi rolls are small but fresh and tasty. The katsu curry was tasty but very little chicken pieces. Thank you!
Love this place! Would eat here every day if I could. Been going regularly for over 15 years and will never get sick of it.
the food here is always great, staff are lovely, reasonably priced - doesn’t get much better ! hope they reopen soon
