The ladies and gentlemen down at Day and Night Chemist are the best around. I seriously don't know what I would do with out them. They are very patient, helpful, and accurate with all my prescription needs. Thank you so much , To all of you . Also, Happy early Holidays and New Year to you all.

Always open, reliable, even have the British lollies rhubarb and custard, wish they had more of a variety. Excellent customer service, staff friendly and helpful.

This pharmacy has great opening hours!! Location is fantastic too, with parking out the front, side or back. Very helpful staff. I was served by Kealy who was very lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are good for around the area too.

Great Customer Service and Very Friendly and Helpful staff. Needed to get a moon boot for my 3.5yr old and they were great with her and amazing taking the their time while helping fit it, to ensure we got the correct size. Really appreciate how helpful and genuine the 2 ladies were. She was hesitate at first but after a few hours now has some of her independence back, being able to walk around the house instead of bum shuffling everywhere. She is one happy girl. Highly recommend Ipswich Day and Night Chemist.

Good family chemist and always friendly

I called into this chemist this evening and asked for some Codral Cold and Flu Original medication due to having a cold . I only use this particular one when i am sick as it is the only one that actually works , However , I felt as though i was being interrogated by the FBI because i was relentlessly asked all sorts of questions giving me the impression they thought i was a drug dealer and when i stood up for myself and stated that i did not appreciate all the questions and being made to feel guilty for buying this medication they told me to calm down and pay for my things so they could all go home. Very unprofessional , Zero customer service , I will not be giving my business to this unwelcoming rude place again.

This place used to be good. For unknown reasons some of the staff are now rude and condescending at a disgusting level. I also have an issue with how they handle medication dispensing as it is OFTEN wrong and potentially harmful to their clients. I would  recommend steering clear if you value your health! Absolutely shameful how far the standards have dropped. Are these people even qualified to handle medication? Not to mention they are very hasty in treating you like an addict if you need a repeat prescription on an 'addictive' medication.

Extremely convenient not to mention important for everyone who relies on medications or anything else needed at times and days when the others are closed. These guys are doing very good service to our community! Monday- Sunday 8am to 9pm 7 day a week public holidays and all!  I'm so grateful for the day and night chemist there's been a few times I've had to use the chemist just  forgetting that it's a public holiday or looking at the clock realizing that it's later than I thought but thanks to these very friendly professionals I've been really lucky.
