Totally love this place! Best Criterium Track in SE QLD. Flowy with dips and rises to make things interesting. Very wide and allows safe racing. Ipswich cycle club runs Criterium racing every second Wednesday night from 7pm with registration from 6:15pm for $15. You'll require a cycling Australia licence but it's well worth it, with grades for all abilities. Go out and get fit!
Massive outdoor area for walking, cycling and roller skating/roller blading. Kangaroos are also present but should be weary of them. I highly recommend this place for families or anyone wanting to train for their preferred sport.
Such a great facility, very jealous that Logan doesn't have something similar. It is put to great use by the Ipswich cycle club and I am sure they will have a club house and proper facilities in time which will make it absolutely awesome. I am new to cycle racing and have not done many but the ability to race at night makes this such a great option for time poor people to still get a race in. I think it's going to get cold here during winter so would recommend being prepared if going during the winter months
Good park. Nice and flat. Good to be able to bring bikes too and ride around. Not bad for kids either.
Great place for all levels of abilities to come and ride, wheather you are a beginner or pro. Also has lights for you to ride at night or early morning.
Opened in middle of March 2018. The track caters for cyclists 7m lane and runners 2m lane. Suitable for professionals and families too and also for cycling clubs to hold regular sporting events at the local, state and national level. All events require a permit. Open for public from 4am to 10pm. There are installed lighting and security cameras for improved safety and utilisation. Toilet facilities are available on site.
Awesome, can train properly, no cars , smooth surface, perfect
Great area for riding. Hopefully they add more facilities in the future such as more shaded areas and amenities.
Great place to race crits, good surface and always good, safe racing.
Excellent place to practice. Took my 5 yr old grandson to learn to ride. Great local place with great locals. Experienced riders very polite.
