Since joining Invincible HQ, it has been a positive experience and I decided to join after seeing the results my son has achieved.nnIt has been about 6 months since I began the strength and conditioning program.nnI have found it a massive challenge initially with previous injuries and my general fitness.nnHowever the positive attitude from the coaches and guidance has been strong and have enabled me to progress.nnI have noticed that my flexibility has improved, my strength has increased significantly and overall fitness is better.nnI have generally struggled in classes with fitness and technique however recently I noticed I just felt strong and found the excercises get easier.nnGenerally I am feeling better and have noticed my son has appreciated my efforts and is proud of me.
My kids have gone here for 3 years + and love their classes! Their program isn’t just about martial arts. They intertwine important values and morals, and take in feedback from both parents and students to continually improve their classes. The love, support and passion both Alan and Kimberly show when they teach is truly inspiring and I’m so grateful that my kids have been able to be apart of this.
Invincible HQ isn’t just a martial arts facility or gym, it’s a place where better individuals are grown and fostered. My time with Invincible has taught me various skills and mental attitudes as their approach comes to transforming people holistically. The instructors are knowledgeable and adaptable in people’s skill levels and are able to break down simple concepts. The environment at Invincible is one of a community and a family as such. Excited to continue my training with invincible every week!
Invincible Worldwide is an amazing place. The staff are so professional and friendly. They support their students and parents.nnRegarding what / how they teach: it is just incredible. They train their students with such support and encouragement. There is the perfect amount of discipline. The students are rewarded when they put effort in. From personal experience, my son has learnt so much at Invincible Worldwide. He has gained so much confidence, strength and skills, as well as friends.nnI truely recommend Invincible Worldwide for all children. Just amazing
Amazing programs, trainers and like-minded members at this gym! I always walk out feeling strong, empowered and full of positive energy. Alan and Kimberley are exceptionally skilled at what they do. They not only teach techniques and skills but also mindset coaching too which is often overlooked with other training programs. You can tell they actually embody, practice and live out the principles they teach such as integrity, respect and discipline all whilst having fun! Thank you Invincible!!!! So excited to bring my daughter when she’s old enough!
