Fast, reliable & communicative. I've been badly let down by 3 courier companies recently. So when my parcel was picked up & delivered with such ease & I received regular updates I was really impressed.
When I read the negative reviews on Google, I thought my order would probably be delivered late. However, I received the order within 1 day of the order pickup, which was super quick. The delivery driver was polite and gave us the option whether we wanted to keep or get rid of the pallet. I hope they will keep this speedy delivery and make other customers happy :
Excellent customer service. Though it was a day later than the ETA which is understandable especially during the unprecendented times. They were really quick in responding to my enquiries too.nnThe delivery guy helped me to carry the 31 KG parcel all the way from the front entrance and dropped at my place which they don't normally do it based on my experience with our courier services.nnOverall it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Boarder Express!
WARNING DI NOT USE AVOID. this company is brutal. Never on time always delayed and looses PARCELS. never call you back don't care about you at all.
