Investor Loans Network Gold Coast (ILNGC) is headed up by Lee & Melanie Spyda. Together they aim to help their clients build their passive income property portfolio through asset protected structures to secure their financial future. With more than 20 years combined experience in the finance industry they have the knowledge and proven success of providing custom solutions to their clients in both residential & commercial finance. Having an extensive understanding in an array of investment property strategies such as subdivisions, strata titling, renovating, put & call options and specialising in this niche of the marketplace; you can be assured to be structured and guided through the process accurately giving you peace of mind.

Investor Loans Network Gold Coast (ILNGC) holds an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) is a full member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia Ltd (FBAA), Credit Ombudsmen Services Limited (COSL) and Aggregation Group Professional Lenders Association Network of Australia Pty Ltd (PLAN) where accreditation's are held with over 24 lending institutions. Holding an Australian Credit Licence ILNGC also has accreditation's with Non-Panel Lenders & Private Funding Channels for more complex commercial developments.

Personally Lee & Melanie are passionate about finance, property investing and building their passive income property portfolio.

Starting with their first property in 2006 they have personally experienced how growth can be achieved in property by renovating in any market. They found if you purchase property at the right price then manufacture your own growth increasing the value (& rental income) you are able to release your Equity to duplicate the process in a relatively short period of time.
