Very poor and rude service by the branch manager Lyn Turner. Using covid excuses yet no customers were in the branch. Use another branch or bank. People like this shouldn't be in customer service. Just for a sanity check we went into ANZ Ashmore and received outstanding customer service. You can hide behind a mask but you can't mask bad service!

Recommended to talk & visit the WBC Ashmore Branch to due a financial health check. Well being WBC customer's nearly all our lives we have never experienced such a great team that went above & beyond. They listened and exceeded all of OUR expectations we won't be going anywhere else!

Why there is only 1 person working middle of rush hour and rest of counters are empty ? Not fun to wait 30min in line
