Wrong shoe size fitted to my 2 1/2 year old daughter and when my wife realised that night she took them back the next day for a refund. The store manager said that’s against they’re policy and refused. After a lengthy conversation resulting them telling my wife she was a bad customer and other degrading things on a phone call later, they were happy to loose a life customer over a $50 purchase because it’s business they say.

Very helpful, family run business with great ethics and they know their products, always ready to help and very polite friendly staff

Great people and service. Prices are always fair and if they don't have the particular piece of equipment in they are more than happy to have it ordered in quickly. Lay by is also available.

Had a pair of shorts that didn’t fit went to go back for a refund and the manager refused an said it’s against there policy, Also the staff was very rude to me.
