Moved to Nathalia while waiting for settlement in Kyabram so visited the store for ideas on new furniture electrical appliances. It was 10 am Lou and Ally {The Smiling Assasin served me and were so nice and professional made my shopping a breeze. I bought everything for my unit and i mean everything it was delivered and fitted the same day. Went from an empty unit to fully fitted out in one day. Thanks Lou and Ally your awesome and young lou for delivering and fitting.

Lou Ciavarella and his team are fantastic! We bought a fridge off Lou a few months ago. We walked in store, found the fridge we were after, Lou helped us out and delivered it that same day himself. The best service! We unpacked the fridge the next day and found it had a few bumps and scratches which must have been made during the manufacturing or packaging process. Lou was very apologetic even though it was no fault of his and fixed it all up for us. His team delivered another fridge to us as soon as it came into store. Wonderful service! Great local Kyabram business! Thanks again Lou!

Hi there, I like to give a huge thank you to Dean, Peter and the lovely young lady at this store. Wonderful people all of them. I have been stranded/staying in my caravan, little longer than I had planned, in this lovely little town because of the covid lockdown. I hadn't worried about having TV, just watch a DVD every now and again... So I thought I might set up the TV.. Needed an aerial and so on This marvellous team of lovely lovely people set me up with the aerial and leads and things and put it all together for me and now I have better TV than home...THANK YOU VERY MUCH
