Extremely poor service, still waiting on a strike plate for a door handle I ordered 2mths ago. Seems like no one wants to get back to us. In total we have made 8 calls to order a door handle which came with no lock barrel & no strike plate. Is this the service your average consumer can expect?

My experience? Unexpectedly friendly service, extra helpful, very reasonable price. I am so pleased to find this company and now know where to go for my locksmith and security needs. Caleb, thanks for the service.

Just had a terrible experience with Integrity. Their name and number on a set of keys that they apparently did not cut. Spent $100 with them getting new ones cut, when the problem was finally worked out they made no effort to help or re-imberse. Washed their hands of the problem as soon as they could and ran off with the money. Poor business practice. Beware.

Recently did major renovations to my home and had no hesitation in using the services of Integrity Locksmiths for our security and door hardware needs. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Great technical and customer services guys. Thanks a bundle.
