NO SHOWS WHO HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS

I had spoken to the manager of the company who confirmed that they would attend between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. I waited until 2:00 pm with no visit or contact from the company. 

When I emailed by agent to see what had happened the staff informed my agent that they had attended and that they were unable to repair the mailbox. I informed my agent that this was untrue as I had taken a day off work and waited patiently for the tradesmen to attend. 

The manager then got into a debate with me taking the side of his untruthful employee over myself, who had waited for hours for his company. The owner did not apologise and used the excuse that the tradesmen called me at 8:00 am; an hour prior to the time allocated by the company in which I was to be available. 

I am a strata manager and utilise locksmith services on a regular basis and never have I encountered such a rude team of staff or an incompetent manager. 

I would recommend that you utilise an alternate locksmith in order not to waste your time and money, and furthermore to save yourself the headache of arguing with the ignorant manager.

When  I found myself locked out of my home a friend recommended Buffalo locksmiths. I  was not disappointed!  David arrived with such punctuality and with a friendly smile, he did a great job, conducted himself professionally, reasonably priced and reliable service. I would not hesitate to recommend your services. I would also like to thank Adam who first took my call and organised the job very promptly. Thank you very much guys! Angela Eastwood
