I wanted to provide insulation in a small loft of a rental property for warmth and to meet the requirements for Health and Safety as a landlord. Suppliers like Insulmax need to be better geared up for the demand of retro insulating older properties as it will soon be a requirement by law. For me this was a long drawn out process to find a company, to have them commit to doing the work and at a reasonable price.
