Shocking service here and not the first time.  Lots of staff but no one helps you even if you’re walking around the place looking lost.  If you ask where something is they just point, in the wrong place and don’t bother to even clarify what you’re after.  Farmlands Marton has far superior customer service.  I walked out of Feilding empty handed and will shop somewhere else.

Poor service. No communication or systems in place. I asked a man to order a product who said he will pass information on. No result. Went in last week  asked for order to be ordered from another branch didn't happen. Phoned to check on order no answer Went in today with no joy.

I was told sugar water had been ordered. We need this for our beehives but when my husband rang you had not even ordered it yet. So no one seems to know when it will arrive. Makes planning difficult our end.

Have a good range of farm stuff, including a good range of beekeeping stuff, with a huge range of bee suits. They have what you need more than most of the time. This is a pretty good store.

Its one of my favorite places to shop. Great service, helpful staff and they know their stuff.
