I wanted to share how much of a great (in fact totally faultless) sales experience was provided to me recently from Insulfix. It is refreshing to deal with like-minded, service orientated and customer focused businesses because it seems that the standard of service (or lack there of) now is so far removed from this!
I called you very late in the day and you immediately called your supplier, secured the stock of exactly what I wanted and arranged for me to collect the next day. PERFECT, so SMOOTH and EASY -exactly how business should be! I want to buy, you want to sell, we meet and do the business. I get exactly what I want and you make some money in the process. Everyone is happy !
