I don't really write google reviews but I make an exception for these guys. Incredible, honest and trust worthy service. I was making the drive from Auckland to Dunedin when my car started to show some worry around Wellington. Was able to drive into these guys and have them look and service the car same day. Just had my car serviced with these guys, absolute stand out service from them from booking to pick up. Was so easy! they even helped me with a little seat buckle issue. So happy and easy to deal with Service:&nbsp;Oil change

I normally use Instant Auto to get my VW Golf serviced, never had any problems. When I called in to book a service I was asked to take my Vehicle to "their other workshop". So I did this, after the service I paid nearly double what I usually pay with them. Apparently they are a specialized workshop with more expensive equipment etc.... It would have been nice to know that I would be paying so much more beforehand. Instant Auto 's response, sorry, next time we will tell you....

Very honest car mechanics. Job took way longer to complete than quoted, but stuck to the agreed price. I highly recommend Instant Auto.

I would highly recommend instant auto! I organised a pre-purchase inspection with them from out of town, they were great to deal with, made things really easy for everyone involved and were really affordable.

Needed a service while on holiday and these guys accommodated this on the same day at a reasonable price, $223 diesel 7.5L oil and filter

Have been using Instant Auto for a few years now and find that they are very Professional, helpful, courteous, and quick. If you book for a certain time your vehicle taken in hand and the service is done while you wait, none of this "oh just leave it over there we'll get round to it later, come back  later in the day and it might be ready" With Instant Auto , that is what you get Instant. Really nice, helpful staff who offer great service! They have looked after my mothers car and interests exceptionally well over the last few years for which we are very grateful. Highly recommend.

Amazing service. Nothing is ever a problem got my car back on the road quickly. They did an outstanding job finding and fitting part for my car. Loved their dedication and friendly service.
