Worst experience I’ve had at a garage, went in 7 weeks ago with a warning light on my dash, picked it up this morning after its third visit!!!!! $7k out of pocket, seemingly having fixed the same problem 3 times, not testing properly before returning, I’m picking up the vehicle one day and it’s not even starting the next and it’s me the customer who organises and pays for towing, incredibly the vehicle had a thorough service first visit, servicing a vehicle with an apparent head gasket problem and returning it to me, hardly any communication, all phone calls made by me unless of course it was time to pick up the vehicle and pay,not once not twice but three times of course, happy to accept payment each time obviously, rang on one occasion to be nonchalantly told you were shopping around for a new engine, lovely days thanks for the call team. You do get a tiny bag of jelly beans so silver lining’s. I have three of them. Update to my original post, after spending all that money I noticed shortly after that my radiator was leaking, decided I’d take it to someone who actually knows how to fix it, the radiator mechanic was amused when he discovered what the problem was, Blenheim Toyota had put the washer on the radiator bung in the wrong place and as they do they returned it to me like that, I’m not sure they do any checks or tests before they return a vehicle at all, great for return business right? Fingers crossed it’s right this time as every time I have to clean up the mess it costs me, paying the bill obviously but also having my work vehicle off the road, Blenheim Toyota has cost me a fortune through incompetence and shoddy business practice, Radiator guy, the one who actually knows what he’s doing also informed me I would have saved hundreds of dollars by coming to him for the radiator replacement, Blenheim Toyota clips the ticket in a big way.
I have found Pete and the rest of the parts team incredibly helpful and professional over the years. The big stand out for me was my son bought a late model Hilux. It was found to need a repair soon after purchase. Blenheim Toyota supplied a loan car and pulled out all stops to fully rectify the issue. The result is a great vehicle and happy customers. Thanks heaps team.
Malcolm went above and beyond to help us get into a used Hilux. We will be back for our next Hilux. Hopefully when the wait time is less than a year!

Excellent service from the team at Blenheim Toyota Had numerous lights appear on the dash while driving Christchurch to Picton over the Xmas holidays. Called into see Tim and the team and they took great care of us. Their tech found a loose brake caliper and topped the transfer case up with oil. Thank you very much.
Someone rear-ended me. Toyota said a week for repairs, it was 10 days. I scheduled to have the car serviced while in the shop. They forgot so I had to come back. I charged the service to my Farmlands card. They couldn't write out the paperwork on the spot and said they would mail the invoice. But I have yet to receive it. Update: There's a recall on my vehicle. Easy fix, just a fuse that needs replacing, but will leave me stranded if it fails. I have been trying to get this fixed for three months now. Toyota NZ refers me to the dealership. The dealership refers me to Toyota NZ. I phone. They say they'll get back...then nothing.
Always great service from these guys. From services, to buying parts to even opening a stuck tailgate these guys are always helpful and great service
Arrived and welcomed by salesman who showed us what we were interested in but at no time pushy or controlling. Borrowed a vehicle for weekend trial. Highly reccommend.
