Came in to get clarity on some issues.nnThe person I spoke to was disgusting. If I spoke to them like that, the police would have been called. Well, I might not jave the violence of the police, but I can make compliants. This person should be fired if there any evidence of a pattern.nnThe three star rating is in reference to the other staff that have been professional. This person was not, they abused their power. Consequences are needed. Complaint has been made.
Went in today the lady on the front desk doesn’t have great customer service skills at all
Absolutely useless, you’d think if someone owes over $1000 to ird from fours years ago they would try letting you know, but no apparently that’s too much work for you! more than happy to pay my underpaid tax but I don’t think it’s right that you can just start taking money from people with no notice.I now have four years worth of fees and penalties because you want to save one piece of paper? try sending a letter once in a while you might find people respond!
Contrary to what we saw on the reviews, we had a pretty good experience there! The lady at the desk was helpful, answered all our questions and was super lovely.
Marcus C in the S&M Team was so helpful after dealing with another CCS officer prior for more than 2 months. Marcus took over he even contacted me via phone to sort my account which only took him 3 days while educating me with links for my next filing. Thank you Marcus.
