I can't believe how little is cared about endangered children. Unbelievable we live in NZ. Don't ask for a welfare check to be done, they don't care.

Blown away by the amount of negative feedback! Many people have unrealistic or inaccurate expectations. I had a very positive experience with the Hamilton police, with the recovery of my stolen tools. Felt at first as if not much was happening, then very quickly things fell into place. Thank you very much for your effort.

Unfreindly staff. Tried filling a stolen vehicle complaint with them for the receptionist to shoot me down for not knowing all the rules around the law.  Not really helpful for someone who just lost 2k.  I do realise that a receptionist can't alter the law but you could have atleast been formal or compassionaite.  All I got was sarcasm. -note- this occured 3 years ago. Building is ugly.

Wasted an hour trying to call as i am on crutches and have no transport. Very inconvenient. Bad service for a public service provider.

Haven't been inside, but the architecture is Soviet inspired for sure
