Firstly not only from the minute your stroll through the front doors your welcomed like family and at that first instance Renee, Sarah, Jimmy and Paul are very down to earth professionals like the whole place here. They had my car in for extensive repairs to both the passenger front and back doors and i was totally gobsmacked at the incredible showroom finish that was that remarkable i said to Paul that mate i can’t believe what you and your team have done to my car! My Toyota Kluger is brand new again thay even vacuumed and washed it hows that for service.Very Highly recommended these guys. Best in ballarat and the surrounding areas!   6 star workmanship. One very happy customer.

Great service, easy pickup and perfect communication. The customer service was amazing and I loved getting the text message alerting my car was ready to be picked up early and asking if I wanted to pick it up then or another day, so definitely works around your schedule. Cherry on top is they cleaned both inside and outside my car, as a mum of three I hadn’t cleaned it in a while never had the time so it was greatly appreciated

Been there too many times now  but service is always great, they wash your car when it's done & this time, they even cleaned the inside.nThanks team
