I was run into by a car not giving way. RACV directed me to Inland for repair works. I picked up the hire car and a few days later, Inland let me drop off my poor car even though it wasn't booked in until days later so it wouldn't have to sit on the street. They had an initial look that day to reassure me it was repairable. After the Insurance approval came through, things moved quickly. I was kept informed of any delays so I could extend the car rental. If I called for an update, I was put straight through to Aaron & got the information I needed. I picked up my repaired car a few days ago. It looks better than before the accident. Detailed inside & out, smells great and drives beautifully. This has always been a great business & continues to be great. Thanks Aaron, Kelly & crew :

These guys did a fantastic job on my car.  They were fast and efficient and great to deal with.

I hope my car doesn’t get smashed again. But If it does, I’d be happy to deal with Inland. The car hasn’t looked this good since we got it.

Fantastic customer service. From when my claim was processed through RACV, there was a quick assessment done of my vehicle. They made the process so easy. The quality of their work is immaculate  perfect. To pick my car up and it was clean inside and out was a bonus. An absolute pleasure to deal with after a bit of bad luck.
