Unfortunately our stay was made uncomfortable buy the energy saving devices in our cabin, the heating had a energy saving remote so it was very cold, the heater didn't even take the chill off the cabin, I would suggest bringing your own heating when staying at this park, also the toilet lights in the shower block are on a sensor so if you don't bring your phone you might end up wiping your bum in the dark.nWe will not be staying here again 100% due to the parks rude energy saving devices

My partner & I recently had a wonderful stay at Ingenia & are very pleased with our overall experience.nnAt the start, I will admit we had an issue with our first cabin we had booked. However, after informing reception staff of our concerns they were very quick to listen to what we had to say & find a resolution to make sure we were totally happy & comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of how lovely & incredibly accommodating the staff were to us.nnOur cabin we ended up staying in was very clean & well-maintained & the beds were also quite comfortable, making it a very pleasant experience coming back to wind down after a big day out.nnThe park is located in a great spot, making it super easy to access local attractions, restaurants & shopping centres. Even though this trip we didn’t travel with our families, we found there was plenty to do for families right on site, making this a really fun place for the kids & an ease for parents.nnOverall, we highly recommend this park for anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway!

All I read in your reviews are apologies. What we pay money for we should get. Recently we stayed in the puppy penthouse which is advertised as having a queen bed. Which is what I booked and paid for. We got no queen bed, the bed was a double. I have a husband who has a medical condition and needs to sleep with a sleep apnoea machine. This means you need space as you can only sleep a certain way. We both ended in pain for most of the remaining of our holidays. Also the cabin which houses pets as well was by the boom gates and the pool where there was constant noise from people coming and going and bins going past the cabin all the time. When arriving I had asked to be moved and told this was the only pet friendly cabin, which I later found out it wasn't. I feel we should be compensated for what we had to go through and didn't get what we paid for. Sorry doesn't sit all the time.

We stayed for two nights at the end of February. The location was fine and the camp quite pleasant. Our cabin was a little smaller and more basic than ideal but as value for money it was quite OK. Car parking was OK but our neighbours didn't bother parking properly making getting in and out of our space a bit tighter than it needed to be. Friendly staff.

Very comfy cabin fully renovated.nUnfortunately no toilet and no shower had to go to amenities block. Was,nt aware of this when I booked. Surrounds of cabin were covered in falling small twigs and leaves I had to sweep up around the door. Overall good stay wanted to stay another night but already booked on line .nYou must check when checking in.
