The staff were amazing! We stayed a couple nights ago, booked a powered site but were worried about the weather and the girls upgraded us to a cabin for free! The chocolate freckles were a bonus. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay amazing!! Highly recommend!!
The team here are all so friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for much more!nThe sites are great size and the amenities are clean, organised and awesome.nOur kids had an absolute blast throughout the parks playgrounds, pool, jumping pillow etc... And they have had so many amazing extra activities planned for the kids in the camp kitchen while we've been here which has been so great!!!nThe back door of the caravan park opening up to the Taphouse brewery was so handy also!!
Absolutely loved this holiday park. We’ve stayed at quite a few, and the staff here were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The manager was especially lovely, and the team at reception never made anything feel too hard, they were always happy to help and always with a big smile :-nnThere’s heaps for the family to do. Location is great, loved that it’s walking distance to some awesome coffee spots, surf shops, and clearance centres. Cabins nice and cosy, and we always felt safe and secure, which was really important as was travelling with kids.nnOverall this park has a nice feel and really good vibes. Relaxed and chilled….exactly what you want on holidays!
nWe had the best time staying at BIG4 Torquay Caravan Park. Emma, the manager, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met - always so happy and genuinely welcoming. You can really tell she cares about the guests and the overall experience.nnAll of the staff were incredibly friendly and created such a great vibe around the park. The toilets and showers were spotless, and the powered sites were large with lovely fake grass, which made setting up so easy.nnThere were so many fun activities for the kids, and it’s easy to see why people return here year after year. We’ll definitely be back next year!
We loved our stay at the beginning of January, accommodation was clean and tidy on arrival. The kids had so much fun exploring the park, playground, jumping pillow, tennis court, perfectly heated pool, basketball ring, volleyball and cricket pitch. The little cars were also a hit, bonus freebie for being a Big4 member. The cabin we stayed in was one of the older on the property but still well kept, heating and cooling worked well when needed and the beds were very comfy. Food trucks and live music throughout our stay meaning we didn’t have to leave the park, plus the Dimmy Van out the front has the best DimSims and most amazing chips. Communication from the park throughout our stay was on point and all our needs were met whenever we had a request. Stay were great dealing with the kids also.
