Infuse Coffee Roasters is a boutique coffee roastery roasting fresh single origin and award winning house blends in Burnie Tasmania.

Story

Based in Burnie Tasmania, we are a couple who appreciate coffee and found a need in the market for fresh and consistently roasted coffee. As from July 2012, the Infuse Coffee Roastery is located at our recently renovated worker’s cottage built in the 1900. The little cottage was very tired and now has a new lease on life. The original polished timber floor throughout is a great feature to the new roastery, which gives a clean, welcoming and comfortable space for our newly relocated business.

The roastery also has a range of Hario Coffee Syphons along with all the barista tools, coffee accessories, cleaning products, KeepCups and of course Infuse Coffee from our online store.

Our coffee is available fresh and can be ground onsite if required. The Infuse Coffee Roastery is located at 46 Strahan Street (Cnr Hopkinson Street) South Burnie.

We realised when we arrived that this cafe is on the Tasting Trail Cradle to Coast. After visiting many of the businesses on this trail over the last few days and seeing how each business approaches their tastings, this cafe is a rear gem and is definitely a stand out on the Tasting Trail. If you are a connoisseur of coffee this is definitely a must or if you just love your daily coffee this will not disappoint.nnT.R.J.L & D.A.S

I like good coffee, and Infuse are doing it well. Didn't eat anything, but saw several items that looked good. Layout was cosy and colourful, with many practical and attractive coffee making devices available.

Cold drip was excellent, and they’ve got a great range of coffee nerd equipment.

All your coffee needs in one place. They roast their own coffee on site and have a fantastic range of home coffee supplies. Also a great place to meet to have a coffee, blankets provided for the more chilly days. They staff are friendly and consistently deliver great coffee!

Well this hidden family owned business is located in this very classic Victorian 1900 built home just outskirts of South Burnie away from rest of the CBD within industrial area but it won't disappoint you for sure. They do offer nice coffee with some sweet stuff to sell with but no kitchen or other savoury stuff. They also have this wise variety of coffee makers/ infusors grinders and barista equipment for sale inside their little coffee shop. Very warm and welcoming classical coffee atmosphere but wouldn've been better with a wood heater and a reasonable bookshelf within. Love the small arts and crafts inside tho! Must visit destination for coffee lovers visiting north west
